Eligible entries were live, functional websites presented by their owner or an authorised contributor. New websites and substantial redesigns from any country could be considered.

The online nomination fee during the 2026 nomination period was Rs. 2,850 per website. Nominations are now closed, and this fee is no longer being collected for new entries.

For questions about a past payment, use the nomination reference or contact info@gbeaward.com. Do not send card numbers or security codes.

For a duplicate charge, an incorrect payment or a cancellation request, contact info@gbeaward.com with your nomination and transaction references. Do not send card numbers or security codes.

The awards team will review the payment record and explain the next step. Any approved refund is processed through the payment provider to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary. Nothing in these terms limits rights that apply under law.
